Community organizations
The community development district covering roadways, stormwater and corridor landscaping.
The CDD is governed by a Board of Supervisors at public meetings.
The district maintains corridor landscaping and irrigation in the green areas of the district map, and roadway maintenance in the orange areas. Neighborhood-interior landscaping stays with the individual homeowners associations.
